NSD Scrapbook Jam Blog Hop

All you have to do is play along with our challenges and post them on our NSD Event Page on Facebook and you could win! My challenge is the 5 ingredient challenge: cork, sequins, doilies, ephemera, shipping tags! Here is my project:






Here is Week 7 of 2016. I used Crate Paper Hello, Love papers and ephemera and a bunch of goodies from the SMS shop!



As usual, I made my title card first as it usually sets the tone for my whole layout. I cut a 3x4 piece of a Large Glassine Bag and sewed in onto my 4x6 card. I used a beautiful White Paper Lace Doily and layered on a die cut glitter snowflake, two Heidi Swapp Minc snowflakes and a resin word. I tucked in a black chalkboard tag that I stamped the date on with white ink. I embellished with enamel dots and Pink Lagoon Sequins.



I used a 3x4 Minc foiled card next to a picture of my daughter and embellished it with a Cork-Fetti strand and a couple of hand punched glitter hearts.



I used a 4x4 Snap flip pocket and filled it with some of the Pink Lagoon and Glass Slippers Sequin Mixes. I sewed it shut with my sewing machine and adhered it to the outside of the pocket page.



I used a Medium Shipping Tag that I cut down to about 2x3 and layered it with other tags from the Crate Paper Hello, Love collection. I cut a triangle out of a Large Glassine Bag and sewed it onto the 3x4 card to create a pocket to put the tags in.



I used a Minc foiled snowflake, a white Felt-Feti Heart strand, and a Forever Love Cork Heart to make an embellishment cluster on this 4x6 picture.



I used a large cork ampersand and layered on a couple of tiny work stickers and embellished with a few Pink Lagoon Sequins.



Here is another Minc foiled snowflake with a Forever Love Cork Heart and a couple of tiny word stickers.



I used a 3x4 Minc foiled card as a filler card and gave it a few splatters of Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Black and Blush. Then I added a few rhinestones and a couple of Pink Lagoon Sequins.
